Jason Brian Atchley is a 1997 graduate of the Southern Methodist University School of Law.  He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Austin in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

  Following law school, Jason worked as a trial lawyer with the firm of Cowles & Thompson, P.C. where he defended physicians and health care providers against medical negligence claims.  Jason left his medical negligence defense practice to join the prestigious trial teams at Baron & Budd, P.C. as a trial lawyer.  At B&B, Jason represented individuals in mass torts cases against some of the largest and wealthiest corporations in the world.

  Jason is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association.  Jason's law practice is focused in the following areas: mass torts, medical negligence, police/labor disputes, sports/entertainment law, automobile accidents, and commercial litigation.
