The civil justice system is the foundation upon which America was built.  It protects our citizens from the wrongful and egregious conduct of others  while at the same time providing fertile ground for business and opportunity to grow and prosper. It is the great equalizer between private citizens and  large multinational conglomerates. 

   As an officer of the civil justice system, it is my duty and privilege to uphold the integrity of the system and vigorously represent the interests of my clients.  It is a great responsibility I do not take lightly.  I believe strongly in the rights of the individual and I will fight tirelessly to ensure that those rights are not trounced in the name of profit and progress. 

   My Great-Grandfather used to say that a man’s word is his bond and you have my word on it.
